Home away from home in Barcelona
The staff they are discoordinated and confused over many matters (small to big), other than that, amazing stay!
The team needs to communicate to one another. Nobody seems to know what is going on. I wish they were abit more coordinated because otherwise I love the Nobu restaurants so much, and wanted to come try out the hotel brand.

Of the three hotel mantras, staff were friendly and efficient , food was exquisite, luxury not good
Hospitality friendly and efficient, cuisine exquisite, unfortunately not on top of their game when it comes to luxury, too many small to medium problems with the room. Reported to concierge, but nothing fixed, messaged CEO, but no response as yet. Not an inexpensive hotel, but did not meet expectations. Perhaps the “A”-Lister get better rooms than the lesser mortals!!
Room could have been much better. Toilet moved when sat on Several sockets in room could not be plugged in to Bluetooth speaker would not pair Chromecast would not work on TV due to low performance hotel WiFi 3 coffee pods left for 2 guest ??? Room service not done on next to last day Luxury did not meet expectations given price of stay

Wonderful but be prepared to pay a huge security deposit upfront!
Everything in the room was wonderful - the beds are most comfortable I have every slept in! The bathroom was spacious, the shower was brilliant (great pressure) & the steam iron and powerful hairdryer was a nice addition! The rooftop was lovely too.
THE £900 SECURITY DEPOSIT BEING TAKEN UPON ARRIVAL!!!!! This was not mentioned on booking.com and was not in the confirmation or hotel website. This is a lot of money to be taken and luckily we had the company card...if we had not had the company card, we would have not been able to pay it. We had planned to use more of the facilities (have breakfast, book dinner and enjoy the bar) but after this we decided to take our business elsewhere on principal. I cannot stress enough that this should be made very clear in the "important information" section.
