Decent stay with some positives, but it falls short of the premium experience you'd expect from the Nobu

Great location if you need to be near the railway station (Sants). Room was spacious and very clean

Not ideal for tourists—too far from main sightseeing areas. Reception staff seemed inattentive, more engaged in their own conversations than assisting guests. Check-in experience lacked important information—no details provided about breakfast, spa access, or other amenities. Spa and other facility timings were not communicated. Hotel bar closes early; nothing available after 10 PM, which is inconvenient.

Stylish hotel with great attentive staff!

Amazing staff and service! Only stayed for one night, great luxury and close by to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Only downside was the rooftop was closed for the one night we stayed due to light rain and they charge extra to use spa facilities, which I think should be offered when being a guest, so didn’t get to utilise much of what the hotel had to offer!

Good

Serene modern room set up - wood floors, shelves, bathroom - with unique small touches like latern lamps, japanese slippers and japanese crackers; rooftop bar and (very small) pool.

Room felt a bit tired; bathroom amenities were minimal - a shower cap - there was no lotion; location was odd - right next to the train station, very expensive and did not feel like a five star hotel experience.

Good size room but basics are missing not a 5 star hotel

Good size of f junior suite room.

No basics that are expected from 5 star hotel: - House keeping does not renew towels at evening so morning showers are with the same wet towels from last night. - No body lotion - Huge side to side windows which is good, but blind curtains cannot be closed half or custom way which means pitch black room or fully open for opposite building to view what you are doing - no mid option where you can protect some areas from view and keep sun light coming in. - horrible view to the parking area - lights work similar to the curtains 3 modes but no dimer which means separate areas cannot be dimmed switched on or off. - Spa charge is 19 euro even with Junior suite option. But again, no robes and towels readily available, shelves empty if you want a towel, bath robes are missing, also three loungers only for such a huge building, no ice in the ice tray (why would you have it at all if it is empty?) Overall feel is if they tried to save a lot of money cutting on little details or basics that you expect from even lower grade hotels that actually make the difference for your experience. I would rate the service and facilities as 3 star + No return to this hotel for me regrettably.

Very Good

Very modern and minimalist property. Rooms very comfy, clean and tasteful. Well located near Sants station and walking distance to Eixample area.

Overall i found property very small. Rooms were compact but cleverly designed. Lobby was very small so didn't have the lively atmosphere i would have preferred.

The hotel its self is beautiful and with it being close to Sants train station was accessible to all other locations.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Clean room. We ate in the cafe which was lovely the service was also great very friendly gentleman served us.

Was rather surprised for the standard of hotel that there was no body lotion available and on arrival the hotel provided complimentary biscuits but one packet for 2 ppl and the same with the teabags just one for each person usually hotels offer a range of teas and more than one each. When showering without knowing until getting in the shower the shower gel wasn’t working and the conditioner for hair was empty. This was also the same for the spa area empty shower wash and not replenish. The rooftop food wasn’t good and the menu was lacking in comparison to other Nobu’s I’ve visited which were great choice of food. There was also a server who was rude and unfriendly he gave the impression he really disliked his job and didn’t want to be there.

A luxurious hotel next to the train station and an easy walk or Metro ride from the sights.

The breakfast was outstanding, not just because of the wide variety of breads, cheeses, meats, and cereals, but also because the guests take breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel, with a panoramic view of Barcelona. It's worth eating slowly to enjoy the view.

It took me a while to figure out the temperature controls for the room, and a lot of the information about the hotel is available only by scanning a QR code instead of reading the actual information on the in-room television.

Some lovely features, staff and size of hotel let it down. Wouldn’t return which is a shame as I love Nobu Hotels.

Good parts: * Stunning interior design of hotel, room and bathrooms * Robes slippers are comfortable * Rooftop had beautiful views * Lobby smelt amazing and again blown away by interior design * Storage space for clothes is large * Supermarket 1 min walk away * Huge smart TV with Netflix * Massage was amazing , great masseuse and very friendly * Room size was good and spacious * Restaurant dinner was absolutely exceptional delicious food and great service . Views at sunset are stunning. * Rooftop is exclusive to guests only which is a perk. Bad parts: * No turn down service with housekeeping. * Rude receptionist - not willing to listen to me when I explained I had made requests three weeks ago. At the end of our stay I found out that she was the manager. I was appalled by this and the customer service here is terrible from reception. There was however a man who took care of our luggage who was extremely kind and helpful. * £350 per room deposit for damages - extremely high I get all hotels do this but no one explained this to me I found out after I had paid? * Room cleanliness not up to standard spilt drink on floor not cleaned up do not expect this from a Nobu hotel. * Shower made a noise during use which was extremely irritating * No vanity kits, again not acceptable for a 5 star. * Waited over an hour for two adapters? * No early check in available * Bed side plug port broken * Bathroom door didn’t lock properly due to damage * Limited plug space * Steamer for clothes is filthy used this and ruined my clothes for the evening * Not welcoming receptionist no tour not showed to room demanded money and that was it. * No hot towels or drinks when other customers received this. * No body lotion in room * Electric curtain did not work in my room * Rooftop pool massively overcrowded no space during afternoon to sit by the pool or even at the restaurant * Why have such a small space at the hotel for swimming when you accommodate over 100 guests it is ridiculous.
